SignalWealth CRM

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms cover SignalWealth CRM, the practice-management platform used by advisory firms to manage contacts, scheduling, and pipeline. By accessing or using SignalWealth CRM, you agree to the following.

1. Platform Access

Access is provided to advisory firms on a subscription basis. Each firm's administrator manages who on their team has access. Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Separately, a small number of SignalWealth personnel hold administrative access to the platform, which they use to operate, support, troubleshoot, and repair it. This access is not managed by your firm's administrator and is not used to read or work your client data for any other purpose. Actions taken in your instance are recorded in an audit log.

2. Advisor Responsibility

SignalWealth CRM is a practice-management tool. It does not provide investment advice, legal advice, compliance approval, or regulatory guidance, and it is not a substitute for your own compliance program. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, your communications with your own clients, and your compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your practice.

3. Data Ownership

Your firm owns the contact and client data it enters into the platform. SignalWealth does not claim ownership of your data. SignalWealth retains ownership of the platform software, design, and underlying systems.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Pricing is disclosed at signup. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the then-current billing period. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Early-Access Limitations

SignalWealth CRM is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be adjusted based on feedback. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, particularly during this early stage.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Optional integrations (Google Calendar, Zoom) are governed by your own agreements with those providers in addition to these terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

SignalWealth CRM is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, business interruption, or data loss beyond our stated backup and security practices, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your firm's data within a reasonable period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to firm administrators.
